Fill Up And Reinstate The Fire Rating On The Non-Load Bearing Void Slab And Vertical Wall

Fire batt and fire barrier sealant are designed to prevent the passage of fire between compartment walls and floors whilst still allowing for the easy installation of services. The product is tested to BS 476 part 20/ 22 giving a fire and smoke barrier for 4 hours.

At normal temperatures, the fire batt installed with sealant remains flexible to permit thermal and mechanical movement of the services. Both products are unaffected by oil, fungus, moisture, vermin, weather and contain no halogens or asbestos. COAT BACK OF SERVCES IS NOTE REQUIRED.
